Sea Buckthorn

Sea buckthorn is a nutrient-rich plant known for its skin benefits, including hydration, antioxidant protection, and wound healing, due to its high levels of vitamins A, C, and E, omega fatty acids (including omega-7), and other antioxidants like flavonoids and carotenoids. It is beneficial for the skin because it helps repair the skin's moisture barrier, soothes irritation and redness, reduces the appearance of fine lines and scarring, and can improve overall skin tone and brightness.

Shea Butter

Shea butter benefits the lips by providing intense moisture, which softens and soothes dry, chapped lips. It acts as an emollient to lock in moisture and form a protective barrier, contains nourishing vitamins A and E, and has anti-inflammatory properties to help heal irritation and reduce inflammation.

It is also rich in antioxidants like vitamin E, which helps protect against environmental damage, and can improve skin elasticity and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Because it is non-comedogenic, it can be used on acne-prone skin without clogging pores.

Calendula

Calendula is good for lips because it has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties that soothe irritation, as well as moisturizing oils that hydrate and protect the skin. It helps calm chapped or cracked lips, speeds up the healing process, and provides a protective barrier against environmental damage from wind and sun.
